Pretty in Pink is a free program which offers free custom wigs and head coverings to uninsured or underinsured women experiencing hair loss caused by medical treatments.

Please review the qualifications below:

• Experiencing hair loss caused by medical treatments or experiencing hair loss due to a medical condition.
• Uninsured or if insured, have been denied by your insurance company for a cranial hair prosthesis.
• Live below the national poverty level.

If you meet these qualifications please fill out this form below and fax it to 404-745-0680. The number of free wigs given away monthly is based upon the amount of funding received for this program. Pretty in Pink is operated on a first come first serve basis. Therefore it is important that you submit all neccessary paperwork as soon as possible.
